  BLYSS will be offering diverse styles in Yoga: Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle/Restorative w Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Restorative, Chair, & Kids’ Yoga

Vinyasa, Restorative and Yoga Nidra Meditation classes with Eloise $20

Monday- Healing Honey Slow Flow Vinyasa (Somatic mindful moving with gentle resistance)

Tuesdays and Thursdays- Yogic Arts and Practice (Flow class teaching techniques to achieve progress with precise instruction)

Wednesday -Restorative w Yoga Nidra (Restful and relaxing hour of passive stretching and guided meditation)

Friday -Honey Slow Flow Vinyasa (Somatic flow practice with guided imagery for gentle resistance)

Saturday -Classical Raja Vinyasa Yoga (classical Ashtanga yoga flow for strength and grace)

Sundays - Chants and Mantras Classical Raja Vinyasa

Pranayama, Meditatiom, Satsang

How to prepare for class?

WHAT WE CARRY

Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, & blankets are all available at the Studio! We also have a water cooler and offer a complimentary cup of our BLYSS Organic Cacao following every class! Full product purchase soon available in our Art Loft.

WHAT TO BRING

Please come prepared with comfortable clothing, a water bottle (if you choose), and any home props you prefer to use. We look forward to sharing space with you!


What’s your style?

VINYASA (YANG)

Flowing, invigorating, heating, and purposeful pose changes. Promised to get you sweating and building muscle, while maintaining breath.

YIN

Long, slow poses that allow us to address our deep, connective tissues.

Yogic Arts and Practices and Fitness Yoga Discovery

Did you ever wonder “Am I doing this wrong?” Slow flowing classes that also TEACH… How to use your feet, where to place your heads, how to hold your head or re-position your shoulders or coordinate your breath.

We take all of our habits and mis-alignments onto the mat until we learn how to reset… become stronger, more graceful and pain free with gentle re-aligning as you learn to use your body skillfully.

RESTORATIVE

Deeply relaxing supine class supported on props to breath into opening areas of the body and breath. Followed by Yoga Nidra guided meditation.

CHAIR

Poses modified using folding chairs for those who might need extra support.

MEDITATIVE

Meditation is a practice that utilizes breath work, guided narration, and/or gentle music to bring the students towards a state of mental clarity, peace, and stability. We offer Meditation on its own, as well as a combination of Yoga & Meditation.
