Open to anyone who has experienced intense stress, anxiety, abuse, or Trauma. LGBTQA+ welcome! This is a Trauma Informed class, nonjudgmental and Inclusive. Respect is given by careful language and omitting shapes that might be triggering to certain individuals. The focus is on Embodiment and Present Moment Experiences. We go slow, and stretchy.
