Restorative Yoga w/ Eloise (In-Studio)

Grounding poses that will elevate and restore the body as it transitions from winter into springtime. This class is designed to support students who may have experienced past physical trauma/injuries, as well as anyone else who is seeking some gentle realignment within their body structure. The class also incorporates Yoga Nidra, a traditional yogic form of resting meditation that brings your state of consciousness to a space between wakefulness and sleep.

All ages, levels, genders welcome. See you on the mat!
