Join us every Friday evening with Lauri as we unpack several forms of trauma via therapeutic Yoga poses. This class is ideal for a spectrum of people who have experienced both physical and emotional trauma, as well as forms of addiction. It helps to open up space for deep healing, but remains gentle and thoughtful of how we may respond to the release of stored, traumatic energy in our bodies.
All ages, levels, genders welcome.
